Transparent State of Iowa Venture Capital

The Iowa venture capital community continues to seek the most promising opportunities in an environment with limited liquid capital or tax credits. In absence of corporate venture capital, private investments are flowing to a limited number of Iowa startups. We are concerned about the state of the ecosystem as promising startups are increasingly seeking capital domiciling outside the state.
